Seniors Fit For Life: East Regional Library In-Person

This moderate exercise and strength training program offers older adults a fun and active way to stay fit. Seated/Chair Exercising is available.

Ages 55 & up; no registration required.

Dates in RED at 11:00 AM & dates in BLUE at 12:00 PM. Only on the following dates at the East Regional Branch:

    • Tuesdays: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
