Fitness for Beginners: West Regional Library In-Person
Join us for low- to moderate-impact exercise and strength training through Vitality 4 Life!
Exercising while seated in chairs is available. Bring your own bands and light hand weights.
Ages 18 and up. No registration required.
You should consult your physician or health care provider before starting this or any exercise program.
