Second Chance Book Giveaway: Main Library In-Person
Join us on the second weekend of every month at the South Regional and Main Libraries for a Second Chance Book Giveaway. Adult, teen, and children’s books removed from our ten library locations will be made free to the public on a first come, first served basis. The books will be located in the Main Lobby near the stairs. Limit one bag or box per person; bring your own bag or box.
In accordance with state law Louisiana Revised Statute 25:151 the library will make available to the public books that the library has removed from its collections as being “superseded, obsolete, unused or otherwise unnecessary.”
